I belong to a middle calss Gujjar (Khatana) family and my schooling is from Lawrence College Ghora Gali Murree. I did B.A.(Hons) in English Language & Literature from Forman Christian College (A Chartered University) Lahore on full Talent scholarship. I obtained L.L.B Degree from University of the Punjab and was enrolled through Quaid-e-Azam Law College Lahore and was awarded full Talent Scholarship. Soon after the L.L.B. examination I joined Law firm of Principal of Quaid-e-Azam Law College i.e. Nafeer A. Malik Law Associates and also started internship under National Internship Programe and was associated with Advocate General Punjab (Khawaja Haris). During internship programe I was assigned task of preparing parawise comments of those cases wherein Chief Secretary, Addl. Chief Secretary & Secretary S&GAD Punjab are arrayed as party and submit the same to the Advocate General Punjab for vetting. I was associated with Addl. Advocate General Punjab (Mr. Jawad Hassan) due to my expertise in reaserch of case laws at Supreme Court Building Islamabad's AG Office. I mostly attended Bench-I of Hon'able Supreme Court of Pakistan. Mr. Jawad Hassan was in good terms with Mr. M. Shoaib Shaheen, ASC and he recommended me to join office of Mr. M. Shoaib Shaheen and after expiry of internship programe I joined Shaheen Law Associates and learned basics of Service Law from there and after being enrolled as Advocate High Court started independent practice in Service & Labour matters. I try to get early disposal of cases with effective relief to my clients and by grace of Allah Almighty till date my early disposal of cases with effective relief is almost 80%. I have uploaded all of my research work and almost on every proposition of Service & Labour matters one can easily access my facebook page and download requisite case law in few minutes, it took me three years to develop this page on facebook with the name "Judgments on Different Propositions".
