Assalam o alikum Respected lawyers It is stated that we have been submit a case in Gujranwala civil Court regarding settlement of Group mafia people by force in our home on the basis of fake docoments for 4 moths ago. We have provided each and everything with strong proofs in civil court and proved thier docoments fake. But the respected judge has been giving next date on their demand but they have Not give a single proof from 4 months. Our total household things are there in that house. They display a board on our house with thier name and said himself a *Lawyer*. Wo lawyer hy islea onki hr bt mani ja rahi hy or next date mil rahi hy or hm apne hi home sy bahr hn 4 months sy. Or onho ny jo b docoment provide kea osko hmne strong proof k sath reject kea or ab onky pas koe b proof ni islea 3 months sy next date ly rahy hn. Onky docoments py hmare fake signature b hn jo k ak jurm hy. What should we do? Hm shareef log hn kabi b asy cases sy wasta ni pra. Kya hame insaf mily gha??

    You should wait till the judgement because civil courts is not bound to pronounce orders within a particular span of time. And if you want to take action against false documents you may avail the civil as well as criminal remedies from the court if prove his stance
