If organization earning by any source then labour laws will applicable ,if organization is like a kherati organization then labour laws will not applicable but if they have any source of income then labour laws will applicable,in recent case of Lahore high Court , Contention of Nishtar hospital was that their hospital is not an institution because they are not earning,but high Court Declared that because Nishtar is earning from Car and motor bike stands ,therefore it's an institution and Labor laws are applicable
